Orders and Payments
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 14 days. Please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return, you can contact us at agrilaila97@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process.
3. When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
